Domingo Comas Arnau
Domingo Comas is a Doctor of Political Sciences and Sociology in Spain and the president of the Spanish Interdisciplinary Group on Drugs (Grupo Interdisciplinar on Drogas, GID) as well as ex-president of the European Association of Professionals working with Drug Dependencies (ITACA). He was the technical Director of the Red Cross Foundation for Help for Drug Addicts. As well as occupying different posts in Drugs Plans in Spain, he has also been involved in international programmes related to drugs. He has accompanied Dianova during an important phase of restructuring, in an attempt to adapt the organisation's treatment offering to new consumption trends. Domingo Comas comments:
"When Dianova proposed that I work with them on their recent process of change, an old aspiration, a certain ideal became possible. With the excuse of my professional contribution I was able to form part of a project laden with significance. Throughout its history, Dianova has offered us a facet of reality that we cannot overlook if we try to capture the essence of the processes that our societies have experienced during the last quarter of a century."
Rafael Goberna Carrión
Rafael Goberna is a Psychology graduate with a degree in Business Management and Administration. He has worked as manager of human resources and training in such multinationals as SEAT and Braun (Gillette Group), and he has been involved in numerous seminars for specialisation in operations psychology, processes of change and modification of the business culture. He currently works as a consultant in the development of organisations and human resources, and is a lecturer in several university programs.
"One does not always get the opportunity to collaborate on a process of integral transformation such as that being undergone by Dianova. As a professional in the Development of Organisations, I have seen how Dianova has managed situations of change easily and decisively. They have been capable of setting ambitious and creative targets and have worked hard to make Dianova an effective organisation that is constantly learning. But this would not be possible if its members had not opted for the route of professional and personal development and growth. They have learned a great deal and I have learned with them. Trustworthy people are a guarantee of success for a highly committed organisation."
